Conditions of Reservation
Electricity bill not included for stays of 1 week
or more, guest is responsible to avoid overspending
(normal use: 1,20€/Night).
Customer have to pay 10€ extra for each hour
after 22H for late arrival for check-in.
One child up to 5 years FREE.
Visitors not permitted to stay the night.
Price will not diminishes in case you change reservation
to a minor number of nights without anticipated
advice.
We'll keep your credit card number in the event
of damage to property or furniture.
10% discount for 4 days,
15% discount for a week, 25% discount for a month
except minimun prices.
Phone one day prior to arrival to inform your
time of check-in.
Booking is complete once we receive 20% payment
(or 1 night if applicable). You can pay by:

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs 15 days or more before
your arrival date, 50% of the booking fee will be
held.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before
your arrival date, 80% of the booking fee will be
held.
In the case of Semana Santa and Feria, all of
the booking fee will be held if cancellation occurs.
Advice
If the client loses the key, a fee of 15eur is
charged for replacement.
The change of towels and sheets will become every
three or four days.
