Conditions of Reservation
  • Pets not permitted.
  • One child up to 5 years FREE.
  • Visitors not permitted to stay the night.
  • Price will not diminishes in case you change reservation to a minor number of nights without anticipated advice.
  • We'll keep your credit card number in the event of damage to property or furniture.
  • 10% discount for 4 days, 15% discount for a week, 25% discount for a month.
  • Phone one day prior to arrival to inform your time of check-in.
  • Booking is complete once we receive 20% payment (or 1 night if applicable). You can pay by:
    • On hand, by cash or credit card.
    • Online pay will soon be available
    • Bank order / transfers.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation occurs 15 days or more before your arrival date, 50% of the booking fee will be held.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before your arrival date, 80% of the booking fee will be held.
  • In the case of Semana Santa and Feria, all of the booking fee will be held if cancellation occurs.

Advice
  • If the client loses the key, a fee of 15eur is charged for replacement.
  • The change of towels and sheets will become every three or four days.
